Solutions Advisor

JOB DESCRIPTION


As a Solutions Advisor, you are the face of our organization, and the first point of contact for our valued partners. In this role, under the direction of the Director of Sales & Business Development, you will be responsible for initiating, developing and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying their needs and presenting tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. You will drive sales efforts by prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the full sales cycle from first contact through to closing.


A successful Solutions Advisor will be a fearless communicator, unphased by uncomfortable conversations, with a strong understanding of the products and services we offer and how they deliver actionable business outcomes to the organizations we serve. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent presentation and negotiation skills, along with the ability to think and learn ‘on the fly’ when interacting with prospects and partners.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Manage Sales Cycle: Oversee the entire sales process, from identifying opportunities to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.


Generate New Opportunities: Actively prospect for new clients and expand the client base through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting efforts. Research and target potential clients, ensuring alignment between their needs and the solutions we provide.


Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Regularly checking in to ensure satisfaction with solutions, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.


Conduct Sales Presentations: Present tailored IT solutions to clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of our offerings.


Negotiate Contracts & Pricing: Work with clients and leadership to negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements that benefit both the client and our company.


Collaborate w/ Internal Teams: Coordinate with our technical team to ensure solutions meet client needs and are delivered on time.


Provide Post-Sale Support: Assist with onboarding clients after contracts are signed, ensuring smooth implementation and integration of IT solutions.


Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to offer additional services or upgrades to current clients, increasing overall account value.


Track & Report Sales Activity: Maintain and update company systems with accurate client and prospect information, as well as deal and outreach activity while keeping management updated on results, client feedback and market insights.


Stay Updated w/ Industry Trends: Continuously learn about the latest IT services, technologies, and market trends to offer the most relevant solutions to our clients.



Attend Networking Groups, Industry Events & Conferences: Represent our company at local networking organizations and industry events to build brand presence and establish new business contacts.


REQUIREMENTS


  • Must be within daily commutable distance to Medina, OH 44256
  • 4+ years of previous sales or service experience in IT consulting, hardware, software or services
  • Technical understanding of IT solutions and how various industries consume them
  • Must be internally motivated, resilient, and driven to always be their best
  • Must be coachable and open-minded to new and innovative ideas
  • Understands and can leverage company technology throughout the sales cycle
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Has outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Understands and can execute sales tactics and methods

COMPENSATION


The estimated on target earnings range for this role is listed below. On target earnings for this role is a combination of base salary, commission, incentives and benefits. This role qualifies for uncapped commission. The starting salary will be determined

 based on skills and experience.


  • OTE: $120,000 - $160,000
