LOCATION & SCHEDULE


  • Onsite in Medina, OH
  • Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity (90 days) with long-term potential based on performance

RESPONSIBILITIES


Advanced Technical Support



Provide high-level troubleshooting and support for client environments across workstations, servers, cloud platforms, and network infrastructure. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining excellent communication and customer service throughout the support process.


Microsoft Cloud & Systems Administration


Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft technologies including:


  • Windows client and server operating systems
  • Microsoft 365 applications and services
  • SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Microsoft Azure environments including Intune, Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, and backups


Infrastructure & Network Support


Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of core IT infrastructure including:


  • Server and host installations
  • Backup appliance implementation and configuration
  • Firewall and switch installations
  • Barracuda and SonicWall firewall administration and troubleshooting


Project & Field Work


Participate in onsite technical projects and infrastructure upgrades for clients, helping ensure successful implementations, minimal downtime, and a smooth end-user experience.


Customer Experience & Communication


Build trust with end users and client stakeholders by delivering responsive, professional, and solution-oriented support. Translate technical concepts into clear communication while maintaining a calm and positive approach under pressure.

REQUIREMENTS


  • Experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies
  • Familiarity with cloud migrations, resource management, and administration
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting firewalls and network infrastructure
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Understanding of networking, cybersecurity, data privacy, and IT best practices
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
  • Occasional travel may be required

COMPENSATION


  • Pay Rate: $30/hour
